Photographer. Film nerd. Husband. Dad. Definitely doesn't need another camera.

I started taking photography seriously back in 2015 and photographed my first wedding a year later. Turns out I bloody loved it.

Not because I'm obsessed with chair covers, table plans or colour-coordinated napkins. I love weddings because of the people.

You've basically got all your favourite humans in one place, usually with a bar nearby, celebrating something pretty important. People laugh, people cry, kids run riot, somebody inevitably does something ridiculous and, eventually, everyone's on the dance floor.

That's the stuff I want to photograph.

I'M NOT JUST GOING TO HIDE BEHIND A CAMERA

One of my favourite things about photographing weddings is getting to know the people I'm photographing.

I want you to feel like you've got another mate at the wedding — albeit one who happens to be carrying a ridiculous amount of camera equipment.

I'll chat to your family, have a laugh with your mates, help if something needs sorting and probably end up somewhere in the middle of the dance floor once the party gets going.

And when you need some help with photographs, I'll give you some direction. You absolutely don't need to know what to do with your hands.

The aim is simple: you enjoy your wedding. I'll make it look bloody brilliant.

A BIT ABOUT ME WHEN I'M NOT AT A WEDDING

I'm based in Bedfordshire with my wife and two kids, but I'll happily travel pretty much anywhere for a good wedding.

I'm a massive film nerd. Give me Stanley Kubrick or David Lynch and I'm happy. I'm also into music, guitars and generally anything creative.

That probably explains quite a lot about the way I photograph weddings too. I love interesting light, colour, composition and images that have a bit of character to them.

I want your photographs to document what happened — but I also want them to look super cool.

SO, WHAT KIND OF WEDDINGS DO I LOVE?

Honestly? The ones where people do things their way.

Big wedding. Tiny wedding. London town hall followed by the pub. Country house with 150 people. Warehouse. Restaurant. Something completely bonkers.

I don't really care about the rules.

I care that you're surrounded by people you love and that you're planning a day you're genuinely excited about.

I'm a Bedfordshire wedding photographer shooting weddings all over the UK, and I've got a particular soft spot for London weddings.
